Join with others to support us
Group support is a great way to generate awareness and good feeling within your organization or congregation. Many groups have supported our fund in this way, including realtors, churches, and service clubs such as Rotary. Donations from your group can be tracked separately, so you can see how much you have raised to support our cause.
Our hope is that others around the U.S. will be inspired to start their own local Black Wealth Builders Fund. We have received interest from groups elsewhere in California as well as those in the South and on the East Coast.
The ingredients are simple: a committed group of people, a community foundation to house and administer the fund, a HUD-certified housing agency to qualify applicants.
