The Black Wealth Builders loan process is managed by our partner Richmond Community Foundation.

​RCF will help you connect with a HUD-certified, first-time homebuyers program. These programs help you get ready for homeownership by providing classes, counseling, access to lenders, and connections with realtors. Once you have completed the program, RCF will work with you and your loan officer to complete the process.
